A SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITIES

Awareness Team
The Awareness team at OHM plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all guests. As a member of this team, you'll engage with patrons to promote values such as respect, equity, responsibility, and inclusivity, ensuring everyone feels safe and at home. You'll be responsible for explaining our club's guidelines on these topics, fostering a positive environment, and helping to resolve any issues that arise, making sure everyone enjoys their night in a space that celebrates diversity and mutual respect.

Entrance / Ticketing
You will be responsible for managing the entry to OHM, with ticket sales, scanning and cloakroom management. A friendly presence and a calm attitude are welcome in this sector.

Bar / Service
Drinks are poured and served by our bar and service team. You have the opportunity to gain experience in the service industry. An open, friendly attitude towards guests are essential for this task.

Hostess
As a hostess, you will greet guests at the entrance to the respective event and control the guest list. You will also direct guests from one location to another. A natural friendliness and an open attitude towards people are essential for this task.

Technical Support
You will assist in the assembling and dismantling of an event’s technical infrastructure (consolle, monitors, cable laying, lights, etc…). In addition to this, you may be required to assist our team with lighting management, projections & mappings or setup changes during an event.

Runner / Eco Team
As a runner, you will be expected to assist other team members in times of need. Most of the time, you will only find out what your task is when you begin your shift at the volunteers’ office - it can be anything from any area of the above - mentioned job assignments. A runner's task is also to keep the location clean, recovering glasses and any sort of waste.

Curator
Museums and galleries typically employ numbers of curators whose role it is to acquire, care for and develop an art exhibition. They will also arrange displays of collection and loaned works and interpret the collection in order to inform, educate and inspire the public.

Event Assistant
An Event Assistant works closely with an Event Planner in order to ease the workload. In essence, Event Assistant is the stepping-stone position to becoming an Event Planner. Tasks can range from mundane office tasks to meeting with important clients and artists. The level of responsibility assumed by the Event Assistant depends upon how much they are trusted by their Event Planner. This position preferably requires knowledge of several languages and experience in basic IT and experience within the Arts & Music industry.

Assembling / Dismantling
Your remit here will include helping the OHM event team set up and prepare the location for the events, such as decorating, setting out and stacking rows of chairs, moving tables, setting up barriers, general help, etc…

Cleaning
This activity will help the OHM team to always have a clean and tidy location. The task of this field may require availability before, during or after the events.

Office Assistant
Office support offers the perfect opportunity to gain behind the scenes experience of the events, and support the OHM team by helping with simple task. You will also be expected to help in the days leading up to an event.

Public Relation
The PR of OHM, is in charge of taking people to the nightclub, event, concert, workshop, festival, art exhibition or social event. This field preferably requires knowledge and experience in the arts and music industry, social media and public relations,

Theatre & Cinema Support
Your responsibilities will include welcoming visitors, controlling their tickets, directing them to their seats and assist simple tasks. At the end of each screening, you will help prepare the theatre for the next screening or performance.

Workshops Assistant
Your responsibilities will include welcoming visitors, controlling their tickets, and help relators within their lectures.

Artist Hospitality
Artist Hospitality keeps the show running smoothly. Organizing artist welcoming and transportation, guest list, hospitality riders, accommodations, and gift packages. With this experience you will assure artists will have all the tools needed to perform at their best.
